I had my second outdoor swim of the year today. Early morning, the skies were heavily overcast and it was drizzling – but no matter. You have to be strong-minded for this sort of malarkey. It was wonderfully atmospheric, and being able to carry on regardless adds an additional sense of achievement.
When I got back home, I was ready for a pre-breakfast juice: something hydrating, warming and totally refreshing, before my shower. This recipe is simply tops. It looks as intensely green as May-time, so although it’s still April, a glassful of this is like drinking in deepest Spring.
